Customer satisfaction is most important to us. If you purchase multiple items, you may receive more than one package. Our items are shipped via UPS or Priority Mail, depending on size and weight restrictions. We ship our orders out as soon as possible. Most orders ship within 5-7 business days. If you have any questions you can contact us via e-mail,or phone and we'll be happy to answer them for you. In most cases, there is only "one" of each item or a limited supply. If someone would happen to place an order ahead of you we will notify you of that purchase. Money orders,cashier checks, Visa, MC, Discover and American Express payments are accepted methods of payment. Credit card purchases will be shipped out on our next ship date. Orders by check will be held for 7-10 business days. Buyer pays estimated shipping/handling and insurance charges. Due to the fact that most items are vintage and one-of-a kind all sales are final. If the item must be returned there is a $25.00 restocking fee and purchaser pays all shipping charges. There may be a one time handling fee on specific items that require extra precautionary packaging. Merchandise damaged in shipment will need to be refunded by shipping carrier to buyer.
